PRV Engineering were established in 1986 and are based in Pontypool in Gwent, Wales.They manufacture for an expanse of industries from Food and Chemical Processing, Railway, Aircraft and Automotive, to Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Defence and Construction.
The Solution:
The majority of PRV's business came to them through word of mouth recommendations and online advertising via traditional PPC campaigns. As social media is merely an extension of traditional word of mouth methods it made sense for PRV to use social media as another facet for reputation management and building.
